CHIA
California Habitat for Indigenous Arts
Preserving and revitalizing indigenous traditional arts and culture is crucial for maintaining cultural heritage and promoting self-expression.
To achieve our mission, we offer comprehensive immersion programs and workshops, focusing on the preservation, revitalization, and promotion of indigenous traditional and contemporary arts. Through these programs, we aim to provide a space for artistic expression, skill development, and cultural continuity.

CHIA has developed in outreach educational campaign to raise awareness about indigenous arts and culture, both within indigenous communities and to the general public. This will include workshops, seminars, and cultural exchange programs.

Programs and Initiatives:
At the core of our endeavor is the establishment of an internship/mentorship program that serves as agateway to the vibrant tapestry of California Indigenous Culture. This initiative not only imparts knowledge but also nurtures skills in traditional and contemporary arts, paving the way for a sustainable shared economy.
